STRĂJERII CETĂȚII BISTRIȚA present a medieval camp open to the public, in which there will be tents, arms racks and workshops in which the public will be able to directly access, without being limited by a perimeter.
The activities within the camp include: answering questions about history, weapon handling initiations, trying on available equipment, offering details about equipment manufacturing, the possibility of contributing to chainmail manufacturing, leather accessories, different armour pieces, and so on.

STRĂJERII CETĂȚII BISTRIȚA will present to the public the equipment that a 15th century soldier was wearing: both defensive equipment (gambeson, chainmail, various armour pieces, shields, helmets) and offensive equipment (various one and two handed weapons, spears, halberds).

STRĂJERII CETĂȚII BISTRIȚA bring closer to the public different crafting workshops, such as leather and copper jewelry crafting, as well as dedicated workshops for the young, like miniature shield painting.
Moreover, the medieval games table awaits people of all ages to test their skills against our members.

STRĂJERII CETĂȚII BISTRIȚA will carry out trainings in various and unexpected ways that will captivate and co-opt members of the public. From basic sword handling initiations to simulated fights with foam practice weapons, the members will demonstrate weapon handling skills, to offer the public a better and clearer picture on how fights in the 15th century unfolded.
